Annick is a fully qualified and 500 hours YA certified teacher and inspirator or Yoganic Moves. She is passionate about yoga, travel, and sports and movement in general. She has been teaching yoga full time since 2013. Since 2014 Annick is studying with Yoga Medicine. The aim of this training is to use yoga therapeutically, based on a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology and a mix of Eastern and Western methods. Annick completed over 300 hours of training on the Spine, Hips, Shoulder, Myofascia Release, Yoga for Athletes, Yin and Mediation and Chinese Medicine. With yoga, her aim is to help athletes to keep their bodies resilient and balanced and prevent injuries, to calm their mind, so they can optimize results and simply enjoy their sport.
